A short institutional procedure (p. 24 of the regulations) that defines three levels of use in courses according to the syllabus, a ban in quizzes and exams, an AI-I reflection paragraph and student responsibility. It is a procedure for students inside the regulations, not an institutional policy or principles document for the whole college and its staff. A procedure addressed to students that applies to every course at the college (three levels of use, a ban in exams, a disclosure requirement).

The institutional regulations include a dedicated appendix on the use of AI in assignments, quizzes and exams, subject to the lecturer's instructions and to the regulations. The disciplinary offenses chapter (pp. 16-17) defines copying from an electronic source with no explicit mention of AI, and the exam procedures (updated 12.2025) do not mention AI.
